This is my question too. My understanding is that reciprocal links are MUCH less valued than one way links.

1) Wrong intent
2) Wrong approach
3) Lack of a proper outreach tool

I have found Milkshake through a newsletter I receive weekly and for our upcoming outreach campaign (although, I don’t like this word:) we will use Mailshake to measure the success.
